By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms. Please read carefully before placing an order.GENERAL
– Commissions are for personal use only unless commercial rights are purchased (additional fees apply depending on the service).
– My artwork may be used for personal displays such as profile pictures, banners, personal printing, and social media posts with visible credit, but it may not be used for profit without a prior agreement.
– AI and NFT use is strictly prohibited. My work may not be used in AI datasets, machine learning engines, or minted as an NFT.
– I reserve the right to decline commissions outside my abilities or for subjects I choose not to draw.
– Communication is important. If I do not receive a response from you within 1 week during the process, I will proceed and deliver the artwork as it currently stands.USAGE LICENSE
– Personal Use: For individual, non-commercial, and non-monetized uses only (profile pictures, banners, personal printing, social media posts with credit).
– Streamer Use: For content creators and businesses who want to use the commissioned asset as part of creating and distributing monetized digital content (monetized streams, logos, watermarks, video thumbnails, Vtuber assets).
– Merch Use: For creators or businesses who want to create, promote, and re-sell their own digital or physical products featuring the artwork (includes Streamer use, commercial merchandising, advertisements, physical prints, and products).PAYMENTS & FEES
– All payments must be paid upfront in full through the agreed platform. For orders above $100 (IDR 500K) , a split payment of 50% deposit and 50% before the final file delivery is permitted.
– Payment requests or proposals must be paid within 2 weeks or the order will be declined.
– A privacy fee of $10 (IDR 50K) applies if you request that I do not post your commission publicly or use it in my portfolio.
– Commercial Use Licenses can be purchased at the following flat rates: Streamer Use for $25 (IDR 125K), or Merch Use for $50 (IDR 250K). You may choose the license that fits your needs.REVISIONS
– You receive 2 free revisions during the sketch stage only, so please be very clear with your initial requests.
– Additional revisions will cost $15 (IDR 75K) per change, which must be paid before I continue working on the piece.
– Once sketches are approved, no further structural changes will be made unless due to an error on my part. Mistakes made by me will always be corrected at no cost.DEADLINES & DELIVERIES
– Commissions take 3 days up to 7 weeks depending on complexity, queue, health, or personal matters.
– I will keep you updated if delays occur.
– If you wish to skip the queue and receive priority, the rush fee is $10 (IDR 50K). You must directly message me or state in the request form that you wish for a rush order.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
– I, the artist, retain all rights to the commissioned artwork. You are purchasing usage rights, not ownership of the artwork itself.I may use the artwork to:
– Promote myself and my services.
– Post on social media and in my portfolio.
– Create prints/merchandise (for fanart commissions only).Exceptions:
– If a privacy fee was purchased, the artwork will not be posted or used for promotional purposes.REFUNDS
– I may cancel and fully refund a commission at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
– You may cancel your request at any time before payment is made. Once payment is received and work has begun, refunds are not available unless I am unable to complete the piece.
– Chargebacks are strictly prohibited.Filing a chargeback will:
– Forfeit your rights to use the artwork.
– Place you on a permanent ban list.
– Allow me to resell or reuse the artwork as I see fit.
– Result in a formal dispute report filed against you.COMMISSIONER RIGHTS
You may:
– Use the artwork for personal purposes only (unless commercial rights are purchased).
– Print the art for your personal display.
– Post it on social media with visible credit to me: @Ekapurkapur.You may NOT:
– Use the artwork commercially without explicit written permission.
– Claim the artwork as your own creation.
– Remove signatures or watermarks.
– Resell, redistribute, or modify the artwork without my consent.
– Use artwork purchased for personal use in merchandise, streaming assets, or commercial projects.TERMS VIOLATION
– Breaking these rules will result in a permanent ban from my services, and your behavior may be warned against to the broader artist community to protect other creators.FINAL AGREEMENT: By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms listed above.
