By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms. Please read carefully before placing an order.GENERAL
– Commissions are for Personal Use only unless commercial rights are purchased. (Additional fees apply depending on service).
– My artwork may be used for personal display such as profile pictures, banners, printing for yourself, posting on Socials with Credit, but may not be used for profit without prior agreement.
– AI/NFT use is strictly prohibited. My work may not be used in AI datasets, engines, or minted as NFT.
– I reserve the right to decline commissions outside my abilities or for subjects I will not draw.
– Communication is important. If I do not receive a response within 1 Week, I will proceed and deliver the artwork as is.USAGE LICENSE
– Personal Use: For individual, non-commercial and non-monetized uses only. (Profile pictures, Banners, Printing for yourself, Posting on socials with credit).
– Streamer Use: For content creators and businesses who want to use the commissioned asset as part of creating and distributing commercial and monetized digital content. (Monetized content, Logo, Watermark, Streamer content, Thumbnails, Vtuber asset).
– Merch Use: For businesses who want to create, promote, and re-sell their own digital or physical end products made with the commissioned asset. (Including Streamer use, Commercial merchandising, Ads, Prints, Merch).PAYMENTS & FEES
– All payments are upfront in full through the agreed platform. Orders above $100 (IDR500K) may pay 50% DP, then 50% before the final file is sent.
– Payments to proposals should be paid within 2 weeks or will be declined.
– A privacy fee of $100 (IDR500K) applies if you request that I do not post your commission publicly or use it as part of my Portfolio.
– If a Commissioner wishes to buy Commercial Use License, the prices will be: Streamer Use $25 (IDR125K), or Merch Use $50 (IDR250K). You may choose one commercial license.REVISIONS
– You receive 2 free revisions (sketch stage only), so be very clear on what exactly you want.
– Additional revisions cost $15 (IDR75K), paid before I continue the progress.
– Once sketches are approved, no further changes will be made unless due to an error on my part. Mistakes I make will always be corrected at no cost.DEADLINES & DELIVERIES
– Commissions take 3 days up to 5 weeks depending on complexity, queue, health, or personal matters.
– I will keep you updated if delays occur.
– If you wish to skip the Queue and be Priority, the fee will be $10 (IDR50K). You will have to Directly Message me or state in the Request Form that you wish for a Rush order.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
– I, the artist, retain all rights to the commissioned artwork. You are purchasing usage rights, not ownership of the artwork itself.I may use the artwork to:
– Promote myself and my services.
– Post on social media and in my portfolio.
– Create prints/merchandise (for fanart commissions only).Exceptions:
– If a privacy fee was purchased, the artwork will not be posted or used for promotional purposes.REFUNDS
– I may cancel and refund a commission at any time.
– You may cancel before payment is made. Once payment is received, refunds are not available.
– Chargebacks are strictly prohibited.Filing a chargeback will:
– Forfeit your rights to use the artwork.
– Place you on a public blacklist (with evidence).
– Allow me to resell or reuse the artwork as I see fit.
– Result in a formal complaint against you.COMMISSIONER RIGHTS
You may:
– Use the artwork for personal purposes only (unless commercial rights are purchased).
– Print the art for yourself.
– Post it on Social Media with credit to me "@Ekapurkapur".You may NOT:
– Use the artwork commercially without permission.
– Commission art/services using my Design/Work.
– Claim the artwork as your own or fail to credit me.
– Remove signatures/watermarks.
– Resell or redistribute the artwork.
– Modify the artwork without my consent.
– Use artwork purchased for Personal Use in merch, streaming, or commercial projects.BLACKLIST POLICY
– Breaking these rules may result in a permanent public blacklist (with evidence).
– The blacklist may be shared with other artists.FINAL AGREEMENT: By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms above.
